DETAILS OF BASIC DESIGN SERVICES

Clients select one of the three depths of design service.

LEVEL ONE - CONSULTATION VISIT AT YOUR SITE.  Purpose is to discuss with you the various design options in order to establish your design program, basis of design fee and depth of design services.

LEVEL TWO-CONSULTATION AND CONCEPT SCHEME.  Above services, measuring and drawing to scale the details of property and house such as house outline, window and door locations, drive and paving items, tree and shrub mass locations, utility line locations and when critical to the design, contours.  The concept plan is a freehand sketch drawn to scale showing designed items and existing conditions with careful attention given to proportions, scale and visual relationships.  The number of site visits and concept schemes are contracted to prepare the plan.  No construction details of labeled plant location drawings are included in this level.  When contracted, a computerized budget range of major designed items will be prepared and presented in this level.

LEVEL THREE– CONSULTATION, CONCEPT AND LABELED SCHEME.      Above services and labeling of plants and minimal details of construction items.
